Our process is simple.
First Class Commercial Roofing is a small, family owned business in central North Carolina. Our goal is to give building owners the option to restore and waterproof their existing roofs for far less than the cost of a replacement, all backed by 10 to 20 year warranties.

Wash entire roof with an industrial grade cleaner to ensure surface is free of rust, oils, dust, and other debris.
Apply a basecoat to every overlapping seam along the entirety of the roof.
Apply a Kevlar fabric along seams, embedding into the basecoat.
Encapsulate every screwhead with a fastener grade sealant to ensure screws stay watertight.

Apply a reflective, elastomeric top-coat.
